Background
Mason grew up in the Dalmascan countryside, but after the invasion and destruction moved to Ul’dah with his family. However, he could never feel settled, the city and desert just weren’t places he felt comfortable and when he came of age he moved to Girdania and learned multiple woodsman professions. He is adept at any types of gathering, but excels at fishing and botany. He feels more at home in the woods than in a cramped city, and that was where he met Marla. Fishing one day, he met Marla, and as they chatted he felt the largest crush on this woman. He was extremely happy to get more chances to see her and fell head over heels infatuated with her. This is why he was so happy to join the clan when invited, he would do anything to be near her.
Personality
Mason is a people pleaser, but with no one more so than Marla, and would do anything for her approval. He doesn’t mind living at the Clan home since it has a yard that faces the woods, allowing him to walk out into nature at any point he wants. He is embarrassed about his own preferences, but is happy that he is accepted by the Clan members and that they are supportive of him. Still he resists them when they happen, but secretly does want them to happen. He is a cheerful person and helps bring energy to the home.
